We have received nothing but praise from our guests for the choice of venue, the quality of the accommodation, food and beverage service and the high level of personal service and attention to detail that they received throughout the event. Not to mention the glorious weather!
I know how much personal effort you and your team put in to ensure that everything ran smoothly and I am incredibly grateful for your dedication, attention to detail and high level of service.
We have worked with many DMCs in the past, but all of my team (and our guests) have been truly impressed with the high level of service that you and your team have given us. From all of the site inspections; the challenging negotiations with the hotel to the actual event on site – I have always felt reassured and confident that you have been part of our team and have worked with us to ensure everything could be the best that it could possibly be. We know it hasn’t always been easy for you and all your effort has been very much appreciated. Thank you!
The feedback that we have received from the Vodafone hosts and the guests has been fantastic. Mark Bond has even said that he would consider repeating the event at the Elounda Beach Hotel next year – something that he has never mentioned before!
